Inspired Design

Last fall, while searching for a chinoserie toile for a design project, Nancy and I came across the grasscloth paper featured below. As you can see in the photo below of my daughter Alexandra, we found many fabulous papers. We actually ended up using a phenomenal Manuel Canovas paper for the actual project but knew we had to use this grasscloth for a future project. It is breathtaking in person. Fortunately, one of our clients loves it as much as we do. Yesterday, while meeting with our client, the three of us chatted about the paper and some preliminary design ideas for the space, a living room.

A palette of cream and warm gray with accents of smokey amethyst and verdigris. So fabulous. This may be my favorite room design yet.
